Winkburn Estate has a wide selection of houses and cottages to rent located within Winkburn village and throughout the wider estate.
Before being offered to rent, each property is renovated throughout by the estate building team. Work typically includes the installation of oil fired central heating, new kitchens and bathrooms as well as re-wiring, re-plumbing and re-decorating Care is taken to preserve the original character of each house. Since 1998 the housing stock at Winkburn has been increased through new builds and barn conversions.
Throughout the term of the tenancy, all on-going maintenance is met by the estate building team, which is supported by a fully staffed office.
